Annette’s Easy Greek Lamb Chops
Serves 4
5 Medium lamb chops
1 Whole Spring Rosemary
1 Tbsp Chopped greek oregano
1 Juice of a lime
2 Garlic cloves
1 tsp olive oi
l
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients together in large Ziplock bag. Refrigerate for one hour. Grill over medium-high heat for 3 minutes on each side. Wonderful paired with Rice Pilaf and Greek salad. Serve with a bottle of Paradise Ridge Pinot Noir.
